About the position
In a context of growth, LMBF is looking for an auditor in quality control.
The auditor plays a key role in ensuring compliance and the quality of operations by conducting transaction audits and call listening.
This role is ideal for a professional who is recognized for their attention to detail, integrity and ability to work in a confidential and structured manner.
Key responsibilities
- Perform transaction audits in the files for all brokers and support teams (LMBF and Assuruni)
- Make Call eavesdropping in order to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Identify discrepancies, document observations and ensure rigorous follow-up
- Collaborate with the various teams in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
- Participate in the development and optimization of tools related to quality control
- Perform any other related tasks related to the position
Profile wanted
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Holder of a valid AMF license for at least two (2) years
- Bilingualism (asset)
- Ability to work in a structured and confidential environment
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in audit, compliance or quality control (asset)
