Responsibilities:
- Listen, advise, and provide an exceptional client experience by offering and explaining products tailored to their needs
- Answer client questions related to their personal insurance requests
- Validate coverage and update client files as needed
- Negotiate policy terms with our various insurers
- Have a strong command of various insurance products to effectively advise and guide clients
- Adhere to company standards and policies to ensure smooth operations and quality work
Desired Profile:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance field
- Holds an AMF license
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, as the incumbent regularly communicates with clients from Quebec, Ontario, and the Maritimes, and with Canadian business partners located outside Quebec).
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Autonomy
- Experience as a personal lines insurance broker, an asset
